3.WINDING PROCESS DESCRIPTION

• Winds close to the top to allow space for incoming and outgoing wires；
• All incoming and outgoing wires are covered with fiberglass tubes. The tubes shall be inserted into the opposite side of the core；
• Install bottom plate and apply (E-500HB) glue fixed, glue around 4 surfaces, glue can not exceed the edge of the bottom plate；
• The core and the base shall be kept straight and not skewed.
• The finished product shall be labeled on the bottom and bottom plate, as shown in the picture.
